Alexandria Johnson Boone, MSODA, has more than 26 years of communication and management experience. Ms. Boone has garnered national recognition for her superior public relations and marketing services as well as her creative and unique communications programs. She is a widely recognized and respected leader in the communications and public relations industry, as the chief architect of the LeBron James persona and as production team manager for the Annual FraserNet PowerNetworking Conference for the last 12 years.
A Cleveland, Ohio, native, Ms. Boone is a consummate community leader and advocate. She has received numerous awards and recognitions and was instrumental in the formation of community-based organizations aimed at strengthening African Americans. A few of her honors and contributions include: Greater Cleveland Black Professional of the Year, Girl Scouts’ Woman of the Year, Marcus Garvey Academy, Women of Color Foundation, one of Crain’s Most Influential Women, and SuccessNet’s Phenomenal Woman Award. Ms. Boone continues to serve in numerous ways for multiple organizations.
Alex holds a Master’s Degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Organization Development and Analysis (MSODA) and Certificates from the Advanced Minority Business Executive Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (1987-1991), and was a 1997 National Fellow in the Boston University School of Public Health’s Join Together Program. Ms. Boone serves as the organization’s Senior Logistics Officer.
Kiesha Lewis, MBA, PMP, has an impressive background in technology. Her strengths lie in the areas of e-business, project management, systems analysis and implementation, social media, and branding and consulting. As an e-business and online branding expert, she is dedicated to identifying and implementing the latest technological advances to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer and member interest.
She provides training, coaching, and consulting to businesses in the areas of online branding and social media. She leads the team’s on-site conference attendee engagement program through “SocialKasting,” a proprietary social media tool developed to keep meeting participants involved and engaged. Her experience spans mobile apps, mobile marketing, and live streaming to promote events and to engage and communicate with participants during events. Ms. Lewis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of E-Commerce. Ms. Lewis serves as the organization’s Chief Technology Officer.
LJ Jennings is an accomplished entrepreneur and consummate business professional, lending his business acumen to local and national organizations focusing on strategic planning and business development. LJ has more than 25 years of experience in business, primarily in the real estate and financial services industries. His strategic thinking, thoughtful approach, and execution in organizational development make him a highly sought-after consultant.
As Chief Company Strategist for HiramStyle, LJ has been instrumental in crafting the company’s direction as a National Premier event and production management firm. In addition to his business expertise, LJ is an accomplished speaker and teacher, sharing his wisdom with audiences across the nation.
Lauren Jennings, a graduate of the Hotel School at Cornell University, brings to HiramStyle a young and progressive approach to event production and management. For the past four years, she has successfully led a team in managing and producing small to mid-size personal and corporate events. Lauren is a born leader, highly organized, and multi-task orientated. She is a tremendous asset to the HiramStyle team and co-manages our California office.
Michelle Maltbia brings to HiramStyle a fresh approach to design and creative concepts. With a formal background in organizational management and design, Michelle blends her creativity and management skills in delivering clients superior and memorable events. In addition, Michelle utilizes technology to enhance the ingenuity for HiramStyle and all of its clients. Michelle is a graduate of Spelman College and is a Senior Project Manager.
